Seller
You are contracting with Plan Perfect for use of the Plan Perfect service. Paid purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including unlawful use, fraud or spam, intellectual property infringement, or security interference (malware, probing, scraping).
Intellectual property
Plan Perfect retains ownership of the service, software, documentation, and branding.
Service level
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Payments and subscriptions
Fees, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and billing for paid plans are handled under Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or serious policy violations.
