Account data (name, email, login credentials), support messages, usage and device data (including IP address), and cookie identifiers. Payment data is collected by Paddle as an independent controller.
Purposes
To create and manage accounts, provide the service, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the product, provide support, and (where consented) send marketing.
Legal bases
Performance of a contract; legitimate interests (security, product improvement); consent (marketing and non-essential cookies); legal obligation where applicable.
Who we share data with
Service providers (hosting, analytics, support); Paddle as merchant of record for sales, subscriptions, payments, tax, and invoicing; professional advisers; and authorities when required by law.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection, and withdraw consent. You may complain to your local data protection authority. We aim to respond within one month.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption and access controls.
